The Frostkrone Food Group - with its headquarter located in the town of Rietberg, in the federal German state of North Rhine-Westphalia - stands out in sharp relief because of its incredibly wide variety of finger food and snacks. The Group markets its products in the food retail trade and also in the food service industry. In addition to the frostkrone Tiefkühlkost GmbH and the Bornholter Käsevertriebs- und Produktionsgesellschaft GmbH, since 2018 Piz’wich Europe SAS and Varenne Gastronomie SAS have also been part of the Frostkrone Food Group. In 2019 the US-American business Rite Stuff Foods Inc. swelled the ranks when they joined the Group. Since February 2020 Innovate Foods Ltd and since April 2021 Abergavenny Fine Food Ltd, both from Great Britain, have also belonged to the corporate group.


Ihr Spielfeld

  • Be sparring partner for the COO
  • Manage projects in the areas of STRATEGY, CAPEX, HARVEST (cost savings initiative) incl. planning and follow-up of actions at Frostkrone Group level
  • Analyse and evaluate the capacity utilisation of the different production lines and prepare contingency plans with the plants in GER, F, US, UK
  • Coordinate the local technical department heads (safety, quality, production, supply chain, maintenance) and elaborate synergy effects
  • Analyse and evaluate current technical reports (e.g. KPIs, variances) at Frostkrone Group level.


Ihre Zutaten

  • Sound practical experience in the area of 'continuous improvement' or 'project management office' in an industrial company
  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or food technology with above-average results
  • German, English and ideally French language skills, at least level B and very good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Affinity for the food industry and ambition to permanently develop further
